DONATION AGREEMENT: The Defense Entrepreneurs Forum (DEF) has the unilateral right to terminate the agreement with the Supporter at any time, whether for cause or convenience to DEF. In the event of termination, a pro-rata refund will be issued within 30 days of the date notice of termination is given by DEF. The refund will be calculated based on the date of the notice of termination and the remainder of the annual period of the Supporter agreement.
